Instructions: Your going to need a little over 5 gallons of spring or Alkaline water housed from a glass bottle. Find a container that can hold 96 ounces or 12 8oz jars. Add 12 spoons of powder to your 96oz container of water or 1 spoon to all 8oz jars.

You will easily lose 1lb per day without exercise and 2 to 3lbs per day with exercise.
