Absolutely! DaddyButter was developed specifically for my own three daughters, and is safe for the entire family! All products are carefully curated, hand made, all natural, and packaged lovingly for you and yours.

We have an incredibly small window of time to make any adjustments to an order. We recommend you reach out to customer service at 475.355.0266 within 12 Hours of submitting your order to attempt making any changes to the shipping address of your order. 

Beyond that time, we cannot guarantee any changes can take effect regarding your order. 

Any re-routes or stop shipments of packages are at the cost of the customer once the order has already left our warehouse. 

All orders begin processing at the time of placement, thus our system does not allow the ability to add or remove items. If you would like to add additional items to your shipment, please place another order and contact us at support@daddybutter.com so that we may ship all items together.

All orders are handmade to order , and you will receive typically in 7-10 business days after the order is placed. If for whatever reason there is a delay in this timeframe, please contact support@daddybutter.com.

Your purchase and use of the Gift Cards constitute your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. Gift Cards denominated in U.S. dollars are issued by DaddyButter, LLC. (“U.S. Gift Cards”).

Redemption & Use
U.S. Gift Cards are redeemable at DaddyButter.com only.  Gift Cards may not be returned. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Expiration & Fees
Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud
If lost, stolen or damaged, UNUSED Gift Cards may be replaced for the remaining value if you provide satisfactory proof of purchase. DaddyButter will not be responsible if your Gift Card is used without your permission. If we learn our customers were negatively impacted by an issue with our Gift Card systems, we’ll work quickly to take care of them. Title to and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. DaddyButter and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse to accept Gift Cards that DaddyButter suspects or believes were obtained fraudulently.

Limitation of Liability
GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS, AND DADDYBUTTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DADDYBUTTER AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. DADDYBUTTER AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS, DAMAGE (WHETHER ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE), INJURY, CLAIM OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER WHATSOEVER BASED UPON OR RESULTING FROM THE GIFT CARDS OR USE OF SUCH GIFT CARDS. IN THE EVENT THAT DADDYBUTTER OR ITS AFFILIATES ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE HELD ON YOUR GIFT CARD. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law
In the event that our Customer Service team is unable to resolve your concern, any disputes arising out of your purchase or use of the Gift Cards or these Terms will be resolved entirely through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. You may also assert individual claims in small claims court if your claims otherwise qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

Note: There is no judge or jury in arbitration, no class action, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. An arbitrator, however, can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court, including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages, and must follow these Terms as a court would.

We each agree to bring any dispute in arbitration on an individual basis only, and not on a class, consolidated, representative or collective action basis. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against the other. In addition, we both agree that we each may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

Applicable Law
The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms shall be the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, but subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and other federal law relating to the arbitrability of claims. You agree that all matters relating to the Gift Cards or use of the Gift Cards, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

General Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of DaddyButter products, all items purchased are ineligible for return. That said, if you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at support@DaddyButter.com for assistance.

We ship anywhere the United States Postal Service delivers which includes, PO Boxes, APO’s and most International Destinations (for an additional shipping and customs fee).

  6. Dispute Resolution: MANDATORY ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER

In the interest of resolving disputes between you and Us in the most expedient and cost-effective manner, you and We agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these messaging terms and conditions (“Messaging Terms”) or your receipt of text messages from Us or Our service providers will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and can be subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. This agreement to arbitrate disputes includes all claims arising out of or in any way related to these Messaging Terms, or your receipt of text messages from Kiehl’s or its service providers whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and regardless of when a claim arises.     3. Arbitrator. Any arbitration between you and Us is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (collectively, “AAA Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as modified by these Messaging Terms, and will be administered by the AAA. The AAA Rules and filing forms are available online at www.adr.org, by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879, or by contacting Kiehl’s. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement.

    4. Notice; Process. If you or We intend to seek arbitration, then the party seeking arbitration must first send a written notice of the dispute to the other party by U.S. Mail (“Notice”). Our address for Notice is: 10 Hudson Yards New York, New York 10001, Attn: General Counsel. The Notice must: (i) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (ii) set forth the specific relief sought (“Demand”). You and We will make good faith efforts to resolve the claim directly, but if you and Us do not reach an agreement to do so within 30 days after the Notice is received, you or We may commence an arbitration proceeding. During the arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by you or Us must not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator makes a final decision and award, if any. (e) Fees. If you commence arbitration in accordance with these Messaging Terms, We will reimburse you for your payment of the filing fee, unless your claim is for more than $15,000 or as set forth below, in which case the payment of any fees will be decided by the AAA Rules. If the claim is for $15,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration will be conducted: (i) solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator; (ii) through a non-appearance based telephone hearing; or (iii) by an in-person hearing as established by the AAA Rules. If the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought in the Demand is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), then the payment of all fees will be governed by the AAA Rules. In that case, you agree to reimburse Us for all monies previously disbursed by it that are otherwise your obligation to pay under the AAA Rules. Regardless of the manner in which the arbitration is conducted, the arbitrator must issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the decision and award, if any, are based. You and Us agree that such written decision, and information exchanged during arbitration, will be kept confidential except to the extent necessary to enforce or permit limited judicial review of the award. The arbitrator may make rulings and resolve disputes as to the payment and reimbursement of fees or expenses at any time during the proceeding and upon request from you or Us made within 14 days of the arbitrator’s ruling on the merits.

    5. No Class Actions. YOU AND We AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and We agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

    6. Modifications to this Arbitration Provision. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Messaging Terms, if We make any future change to this arbitration provision, other than a change to Our address for Notice, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to Our address for Notice, in which case this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will continue to govern any disputes between you and Us.

    7. Enforceability. If an arbitrator decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of the limitations of subsection (f) above (addressing class, representative and consolidated proceedings) as to a particular claim for relief, then that claim (and only that claim) must be severed from the arbitration and brought in court. If any other provision of these Messaging Terms is found to be unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder of these Messaging Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
