Irish Sea Moss is used to boost the body when recovering from a serious illness, due to its high content of important nutrients. It’s has been used to treat bronchitis, goiter, thyroid problems, to tone and strengthen the body’s glands. It has been described as a demulcent and nutritive.

-How to prepare/Consume our African Irish Sea Moss.

1. This Moss comes already soaked and cleaned in a vacuum sealed bag. Place the Sea Moss in a smoothie and blend or add it to whatever your liquid of choice is and blend, then consume. Our Moss never comes in contact with water, We soak and clean our moss in Organic Aloe Vera juice directly from leaf so all of the hard messy work is done. All you have to do upon receiving is refrigerate in between consumption and when you do decide to consume you have limited steps.
2. Absolutely DO NOT BOIL the moss! It is packed with so much nutritional value, once you boil it the nutritional value is depleted. One of the main recipe modifications is to NOT BOIL! Thank us later.

Once you’ve turn this Sea Moss into a gel it can be added to anything literally and as long as whatever it is your adding it to has flavor it will mask the taste of the Moss. The recommended amount to consume daily is 1 table spoon per person.
