The edge control does not pull my hair and lays it down nicely and doesn’t flake on clean hair! If you’re unsure of using this, I’ve used the Shea plus creme which works just as great for achieving the end result- laid hair and stays laid following day!

I love the way this gel lays my edges down during transition. (Relaxed and new Growth). In addition, after taking my hair wrap off (left wrap on about 20-30min), My natural waves appeared! The sun nor sweat seemed to mess my edges up. I work outside in Texas. One pointer though, make sure you wash or even a damp towel will work to remove gel from the previous style or day. The gel works best when applied to clean sections of the hair.
